This website uses no cookies, has no traffic analytics and loads no third-party scripts. The only personal data we process is what you send us when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

Data collected by the website

None. The site is made of static pages: there are no forms, cookies or identifiers. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep technical logs for a short time, such as IP address, date and time and page requested, for security and operation of the service, under its own terms.

Data you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your name, the number or address you write from and the content of the message. We use this data only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
• Retention: until the request is closed. If the work goes ahead, for the duration of the relationship and for the periods the law sets for tax documents.
• Disclosure to third parties: none for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited: messages pass through its systems under its own privacy policy, available at whatsapp.com.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it, by writing to info@criterio.cloud. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If something changes, for example if we add a cookie-free statistics tool, we update this page and the date at the top.
