Management systems and CRM
Customers, quotes, jobs and deadlines in one place, with the columns you actually need.
It replaces shared Excel files, WhatsApp groups and notepads. Use it from the office PC and from your phone outside; we import the data you already have. Different roles see different things.

We do not publish a price list: two businesses with the same problem rarely need the same solution. Data, accounts and content stay yours even if you stop one day.

A free call to understand the problem and whether it makes sense to go on. If it does not, we tell you there.

We look at how you work
When the project needs it, we spend a few hours with you, on site or remotely: processes, documents, tools, the people involved.

You get a written proposal
What we build, what stays out, costs, timing and fee. Then we start, with progress you can see online as we build.

How much does it cost?
We tell you in writing after the first call and, when needed, the analysis. The model is always the same: a build plus a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, updates and support.
Does the project tie me to you? What if I stop paying the fee?
No. Data, accounts and content stay yours. Terms of use and code handover, including at the end of the relationship, are written in the proposal before we start.
Do I have to drop Excel, WhatsApp or the program I use?
No. We start from what you use and replace or connect only what wastes your time. We import your existing data.
Do you only work in Sicily?
On site in Catania and across Sicily. Remotely across Italy and beyond: calls, online versions to try, WhatsApp for quick things.
Why WhatsApp and not a contact form?
Because you already use it and because we reply faster there. If you prefer email, you will find it on the contact page.
