    The app knows which suppliers order today and opens the count list in the morning. Stockroom staff count from their phone, even offline. The owner gets a report with a suggested order per supplier and shares it on WhatsApp or by email from the phone. Then one tap records the order sent: that is what the delivery note will be checked against.

    When goods arrive, a photo of the delivery note from the app. The system reads it, compares it with the order and flags differences to whoever unloaded, while the courier is still there: different quantities, goods not ordered, goods missing. It learns how each supplier counts and asks only once.

    Upload the electronic invoice as it arrives. The app links it to the delivery notes, compares invoiced and delivered and flags prices that changed since the previous invoice. You decide: accept, or hold while waiting for the supplier.

    Invoices build the price list: the last price paid for every item, compared across suppliers in your units. Recipes use those prices: real cost per dish, suggested selling price, food cost as a percentage.

How it is built

  • Installs on the phone like an app and sends notifications.
  • Roles with separate tasks and permissions, set up with you: everyone sees and does only what they need.
  • Switch on the modules you need; the others can be added later.
  • The guide is inside the app, written with the names of the buttons.
  • You download the full backup yourself, whenever you want. The data stays yours.

What it does not do

  • It is not accounting software and does not replace your accountant.
  • It does not send orders to suppliers on its own.
  • It changes nothing without a person deciding: it flags, you choose.

The fee covers hosting, maintenance, updates and support. For distributors, set-up also covers fitting it to your processes and moving over from the software you use today. Costs and timing in the written proposal, as for everything else.
